Travis has been continuously involved in real estate since 1990 and has both brokered and invested in nearly every property type, including apartment projects, retail and industrial real estate. Travis’ completed transactions total in excess of $500 million, including properties valued in excess of $100 million that he acquired as an investor and general partner through various partnerships he has formed, completing acquisitions in 23 sub-markets within 15 U.S. states. His experience includes extensive transaction management, negotiation of relevant documentation and navigation through all due diligence matters; valuation of many property types in numerous submarkets; and structuring of a wide variety of financing instruments. Travis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
Ron has completed in excess of $250MM in residential real estate transactions as both an investor and broker. He brings multifamily management and remodeling experience to the team, having actively overseen the maintenance, renovation, and financing of multi-unit apartment units and residential properties throughout his career. He has also been involved in almost every type of residential purchase, whether it be multifamily assets, tenancy-in-common interests, or single family dwellings. Ron is responsible for marketing oversight and general transaction management for acquisitions and financing. He has intimate knowledge of the financing side of real estate transactions, having worked at iOwn.com, one of the first internet mortgage brokers (acquired by CitiMortgage). He holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration at University of California Berkeley, as well as an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
Garth has been a principal partner in several online technology and design ventures since 1999. From January 1994 to January 1998, Garth was an award winning Graphic Designer at Pentagram Design, Inc., an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary design firm in San Francisco. Between 1995 and 1997 while at Pentagram, he was a principal developer of several of the first successful e-commerce Web Site launches. In 1997 Garth founded Sight Design (now Jordan Creative), a website design and integration firm with 17 consecutive years of web development. Jordan Creative’s client list encompasses 100’s of companies, both local and international, from Trinchero Wines to Sumitomo Corporation of America.
Garth has extensive experience in project management, graphic communications, and management of online technologies. Garth has executed large and complex corporate communications projects, providing direct experience with the clients’ corporate culture and business systems. Garth was educated in graphic design at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco and graduated in June 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Garth served with the United States Navy from May 1985 to May 1993 and was honorably discharged.
Liz has been an active principal investor and manager of investment and development properties throughout the western United States since 1994 with a combined total value in excess of $235MM, including multifamily, condominium development projects, office, and retail centers. Her investment history includes property management as well as construction administration and management of large-scale developments from the entitlement phase to successful sell-out. Her experience and educational background, as a former critical care and trauma nurse adds a unique dimension and capacity in her work as a real estate principal and manager of investments. Liz has extensive experience in formation of appropriate ownership entities; structuring of financial instruments, property due diligence, capital improvement planning and implementation and oversight of third party consultants and managers.
